Farncombe Estate is a lush estate that houses three luxury hotels in the heart of the Cotswolds. They approached us seeking a first-class hotel phone system to give their guests first-class service.
Farncombe Estate had a specific set of telephony requirements that would enable them to successfully manage a series of hotels. In order for guests and staff to always be able to communicate, contact uptime was imperative. Farncombe Estate’s previous telephony provider had not been able to offer them the 24/7 support that this required. Fortunately our team of technical experts on hand to offer support 24/7, 365 days a year. We also moved Farncombe Estate’s phone system from an on-premise PBX to a cloud-based system. Moving the hotel phone system to the cloud allowed for a number of benefits. A cloud PBX is easy to update. It also doesn’t require unwieldy installation and maintenance, and therefore saves time and money. With SIP trunking, it is easy to add extensions to a cloud PBX system, and so the solution is ideal for Farncombe’s multiple premises. Our specific solution was the latest version of 3CX. This cloud-based PBX boasts a range of easy-to-use hotel specific features, including a full PMS integration.
