Elastix Hosted Call Centre

Elastix Hosted Call Centre module is designed to empower you or your clients with an inbound and outbound calling campaign manager.

Included in the module is a predictive dialer for automatically dialing “objective” numbers, along with a web based agent console and a call management interface. All this can also be manipulated via the proprietary interface for communications (ECCP).

Simply upload campaign lists and create the required data collection forms. Agents then login the console and as calls are automatically dialled and collected each customer that picks up will have there details presented on the agent console along with the data collection forms that need to be completed by the agent.

Reports can then be run on all data collected and easily exported by the campaign manager.

Elastix Call Centre can easily be added to any existing PBX and run on “line 2” of the handset or softphone allow agents to easily access the existing standard features of there PBX and transfer calls internally if required.
